On a personal note
I was born in Brussels to a French mother and a Belgian father. Growing up, I spent many a summer in beautiful Southern France. In 1990, after completing my bachelor’s degree in Belgium, I moved to Michigan for graduate school. I stayed on in the US and now live in North Carolina.
In my spare time, I enjoy going on nature walks with friends, painting, printmaking, baking, gardening and singing.
